Success of remote working
It's over a year since many of us packed up our desks and had to adapt to a new way of working.
We have been hugely grateful to everyone on how they have adapted.
Here are a couple of statements from staff explaining their views on how they have found working from home.
As a company, we are pleased to say we have been able to adapt to working from home very efficiently, with no effect on our services to our clients. With the announcement of lockdown, our client needs and well-being of our staff was a top priority.

I have surprised myself with the ability to work more productively from home. I have found the support of colleagues and understanding of clients during this difficult time to be positive in being able to continue to provide a great service. I feel the communication with clients has increased and the response time decreased when looking at a renewal of a policy with clients being more receptive to email contact. I feel I have been able to continue to offer a product and service that meets the client's needs and requirements.
