Mike joined Lumley in 2024 as Business Development Director. He began his career as an officer in the British Army with the Household Cavalry before moving into investment banking and international business development. Since then, he has worked with blue-chip companies, start-ups and the not-for-profit sector. He has co-founded businesses in real estate and technology, and is also co-founder of EdenLabs Ltd, an innovation lab linked to the Eden Project. Outside work, Mike enjoys country life, travel and time with family and friends.
