Phoebe joined Lumley in 2021, with insurance very much part of her family background. As a Client Services and Claims Advisor, she supports clients through the claims process with empathy, professionalism and clear guidance when it matters most. Her thoughtful and approachable nature is reflected in the trusted relationships she builds with clients. Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys concerts, art, theatre and spending time in nature.
