Gabriella joined Lumley in April 2025 as a Private Clients Account Handler. She manages renewals for high-net-worth clients, ensuring their cover remains accurate, up to date and tailored to their needs. Hannah joined Lumley in 2012, beginning her career in the administration team before progressing to her role as an Account Handler. She works closely with clients, providing clear, professional advice with a friendly and personal approach. Outside work, Hannah enjoys keeping up with the latest film and television releases.

Jenny joined Lumley in 2015 and brings experience in high-net-worth insurance, with a strong understanding of the needs and lifestyles of our clients. Outside work, Jenny enjoys time outdoors, exploring the countryside with her Golden Labrador, Rosie.

Nathan joined Lumley in 2022, bringing with him experience in financial services gained at a leading Cotswolds wealth management firm. He works closely with clients to provide considered, well-structured solutions tailored to their needs. Outside work, Nathan is a keen sportsman and golfer.

Tim joined Lumley in 2017, bringing over 30 years’ experience in commercial broking and supporting the firm’s expansion into the commercial and property portfolio market. He works closely with clients across a broad range of risks, offering measured and practical advice. Outside work, Tim enjoys walking his dog and trips in his campervan.
